I shot a squirrel with a half red tail a few years ago.

It tastes different almost every time but it is always great. You don't really have to be a good cook and it will still turn out good. Take some squirrels and put them in a slow cooker and just barely cover with water and cook on low heat until falling off the bone. Remove the squirrels and debone. Leave broth in slow cooker. I guess a lot depends on the accomodations and the size of the property.
I would say somewhere between 4-6 guys. More hands make light camp work.
