Hawken Rifles. The real deal.

I posted this photo yesterday and it looked great.
I logged in today and there is no sign of it.
So I will try again.
Here is a display of 10 original Hawken Rifles as seen at the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum in Cody Wyoming.
It is East of Yellowstone Park.
I took quite a few photo's but the reflection from the glass made for poor photography.

Cool! I would like to acquire a dedicated big game flintlock rifle some day, and if I could choose it would be a full-stock hawken style in .54. Very Happy
